Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, Hibernate).
• Working knowledge and implementation experience in Python-based applications.
• Proficiency with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Strong understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred) and SQL-based systems (Oracle PL/SQL).
• Solid grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git version control.

Job Requirement:-

• Lead and drive the technical execution across 6 core submodules, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all module-related delivery and coordination.
• Provide technical direction, hands-on guidance, and mentoring to development teams working on Java and Python-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, architects, and internal teams to analyze, plan, and resolve escalated technical issues with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure end-to-end module ownership from requirement understanding and technical design to deployment and post-production support.
• Implement and uphold best practices in coding, design, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and ensure timely and quality delivery of features and fixes.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other interfacing teams to maintain seamless integration and high availability of all services.
