Job Summary

We at Accolade Electronics are looking for a skilled Technical Lead – V&V with experience in automotive electronics to join our engineering team. The role involves leading verification and validation activities for embedded and IoT products, developing automated test solutions, and ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, analysis, and defining validation scope.
• Automation testing using LabVIEW for embedded/IoT products, test benches, and EOL utilities.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of field issues with timely closure.
• Automating test execution using Python scripts.
• Preparation of test plans, test strategies, and test case documentation.
• Test execution, test report review, and defect tracking.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of test systems.
• Provide technical guidance to team members during validation activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of manual and automated test setups.
• EOL testing understanding and utility development knowledge.
• Working knowledge of LabVIEW and Python for test development and automation.
• Knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems and validation requirements.
• Familiarity with IoT technologies including 4G, 5G, BLE, and Wi-Fi.
• Good understanding of communication protocols: CAN, TCP/IP, RS-485, HTTP, MQTT, UDS.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / EnTC / Instrumentation Engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in embedded testing, validation, or automotive electronics.
