Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of applications using Core Java and J2EE technologies
Implement MVC frameworks such as Spring MVC or Struts
Oversee development using Hibernate for ORM
Design and develop web services (SOAP and REST)
Work with middleware technologies like MQ and OSB
Apply design patterns and best practices in system design
Collaborate with multiple teams across different application layers
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Mentor and guide development teams
Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
