Job Title: Technical IT Recruiter (US Staffing) – Java Backend Focus
Location: Indore (Hybrid)

Shift: US Shift (EST/PST overlap)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly technical IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Java Backend technologies. The ideal candidate must have an IT/Computer Science educational background and hands-on experience recruiting for US-based clients. You should be capable of evaluating candidates technically, not just sourcing profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, Boolean search
- Screen candidates on:
- DSA concepts (arrays, trees, graphs, recursion, complexity)
- Core Java (OOPs, Multithreading, Collections)
- Backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
- Conduct technical screening calls and validate real experience
- Work on W2 roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain pipeline, ATS updates (JobDiva, etc.)
- Ensure backup candidates pipeline for each role
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of:
- DSA & problem-solving
- Java Backend (Spring Boot, Hibernate, APIs)
- Ability to evaluate coding/technical depth during screening
- Experience with US staffing process & tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Expertise in Boolean search & sourcing strategies
- Good communication (client + candidate handling)

- Mandatory: B.Tech / B.E / MCA in
- Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering
