Technical / IT Recruiter

We are hiring! We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters in Bangalore who have a strong track record in IT Hiring, headhunting and building high-quality talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical recruitment across multiple IT and engineering mandates, from market mapping and talent identification through offer closure and joining.
• Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive talent across niche and specialized technical functions.
• Build talent maps and market intelligence across relevant technology skill sets, competitor organizations and talent pools.
• Drive proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean searches, referrals, networking and other direct sourcing channels.
• Assess candidates beyond CV matching, evaluating technical relevance, career trajectory, stability, motivation and overall suitability for the role.
• Manage multiple senior and niche requirements simultaneously, maintaining strong pipeline coverage and delivering against agreed hiring timelines.
• Own candidate engagement throughout the process, including market approach, screening, interview management, offer negotiation and pre-joining engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to support current and future hiring requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• 5–10 years of experience in Technical / IT Recruitment, with strong hands-on exposure to sourcing and headhunting.
• Candidates with a recruitment agency / staffing background are strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement across IT/technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets and ability to work on niche and hard-to-fill mandates.
• Excellent command of LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation and candidate management skills.
