Job Title: Technical IT Recruiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment and a strong understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand technical job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth offer rollout & joining process
- Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.)
- Expertise in Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience working with US/India staffing or implementation partners
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models (for US staffing roles)
