Technical IT Recruiter 2-6 Years

Experience: 2-6Years

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Mode of Engagement: Full-time

No. of Positions: 2

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field

Industry: IT / Software Services / Digital Marketing

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

 

What We Are Looking For

• End-to-end recruitment professional with hands-on IT hiring experience

• Hands on experience in Linkedin job portals

• Should have closed major requirements with Linkedin

• Strong exposure to IT & non-IT recruitment processes 

• Advanced working knowledge of Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting 

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously with ownership mindset 

  • Candidates should be open for occasional meeting discussions in Bangalore/ any other location on a need basis
  • Leverage AI tools and modern recruitment techniques to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency
  • Frequent travel according to the business needs is mandatory

 

Responsibilities

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer rollout 

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases 

• Perform HR screenings, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closure 

• Maintain and manage recruitment trackers using advanced Excel 

• Create and update reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas 

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement clarity, feedback, and offer approvals 

• Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and recruitment MIS reporting 

 

Qualifications

• 2-6 Years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience

• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, reporting dashboards)

• Proven experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously 

• Experience in IT recruitment is a strong plus 

• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills 

  • • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment
