As a
Technical Integration Specialist, you will enable goFLUENT to scale by connecting systems and ensuring data integrity between the goFLUENT platform and our clients systems.
Products: Language Assessment, Language Academy and Client Admin Center
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Translate technical specifications into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, error-handling flows, and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and deployment of integration projects.
- Monitor production integration health (logs, alerts, incidents), perform root-cause analysis of recurring integration failures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in system or application integration.
- Strong working knowledge of REST APIs and authentication methods such as SAML and OAuth.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience writing user stories, preparing test scenarios, and performing basic coding is a strong advantage.
- Experience integrating with ATS, LMS, or LXP platforms.
