Location: GGN/MUM/BGL/Chennai (On-Site)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide recommendations on process to Leegality's Enterprise clients for Consentin - Both On-premise deployments or SaaS
- Configure and manage client's use of Leegality Consentin; Assist and Train clients to do it on their own.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive client go-live with the least Time to Value.
- Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.
- Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role.
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales or Technical implementation would be strongly preferred
- Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must : Good to have development experience in ReST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure
- Understanding of kubernetes, docker and deployment workflows is preferred
- Understanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, api gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.
- Experience in on-prem deployments would be strongly preferred
- Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is preferable
- Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments
