Job Summary

Required opener) As a Technical Implementation Analyst within the Client Onboarding and Services (COS) group, you coordinate end-to-end product setups, testing, and production migrations for client integrations. You partner closely with business stakeholders and client technology teams to clarify requirements, validate files, and ensure readiness against timelines and SLAs. You manage multiple concurrent requests while maintaining rigorous documentation, communication, and adherence to policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own client implementation outcomes and drive high satisfaction across engagements.
  • Establish clear timelines and maintain comprehensive documentation for each setup.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
  • Solve problems creatively and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures meet or exceed established SLAs.
  • Escalate and resolve issues promptly to minimize delivery risk.
  • Record observations meticulously and escalate findings where necessary.
  • Identify gaps and exceptions recommend practical solutions and mitigations.
  • Manage projects by handling multiple requests and collaborating across teams.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining delivery quality.
  • Help clients and internal teams configure products and perform testing per requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms with diverse stakeholders.
  • Apply strong logical and analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple workstreams efficiently with solid time and workload discipline.
  • Demonstrate experience in mainframe testing, transmissions, and file testing (ISO, X12, BAI2).
  • Understand ISO 20022, EDI, and XML message formats for validation and troubleshooting.
  • Execute system, regression, and UAT testing with structured methodologies.
  • Hold an engineering degree and bring 2+ years in banking/financial services or treasury product implementation with a technical background show willingness to work evening/night shifts.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Utilize RPA tools such as UiPath to streamline workflows and automate processes.
  • Coordinate production migrations with risk controls and rollout plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with client technology teams to clarify requirements and designs.
  • Document end-to-end runbooks, test cases, and migration checklists comprehensively.
  • Validate complex file formats and transmission protocols with tooling and scripts.
  • Monitor SLAs and metrics, driving continuous improvement in cycle time and quality.
  • Handle high-volume, simultaneous implementations while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
