Role Description

The Technical Head will be acting as authority for core process technology,food safety and quality assurance processes, developing and implementing quality policies, ensuring compliance with international food safety standards, and leading a team to deliver consistent quality control. The candidate will manage audits and certifications, supervise production processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of food safety and technology innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in food safety, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance with certifications such as FSSC 22000,Fsma,BRC standards.
• 10-12 years experience with Proficiency in quality control, quality assurance, and risk assessment processes, including conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• In-depth knowledge of food technology, production processes, and equipment used in dehydrated food manufacturing.
• Leadership and team management skills to guide the quality assurance team effectively and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
