JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: New Delhi
Designation: Technical Facility Executive
Shift Timings: General Shift – 9AM-6 PM
Work Schedule: 6 days/week
Notice Period: Immediate joiner
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Operations: Maintain HT/LT substations, DG sets, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Maintenance Planning: Execute preventive and predictive schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce fire safety, lift regulations, and environmental statutory norms.
- Vendor & AMC Management: Supervise technical contracts, evaluate performance, and track service level agreements.
- Cost & Energy Control: Monitor utility consumption and drive energy-efficiency projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 12 years of hands-on technical management in commercial buildings, IT parks, or corporate campuses.
- Core Skills: Deep knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, breakdown troubleshooting, team supervision
