Technical Facility Executive

Role & responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other technical systems.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of all building systems.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, AMC, and statutory testing (DG, fire alarm, lift, STP, etc.).

Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls.

Monitor and log utilities consumption and prepare periodic reports.

Maintain compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Assist in budgeting and procurement of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical support staff as required.

Ensure all equipment and systems are operating at optimal efficiency.

Maintain technical records, AMC agreements, and equipment logs.
