Key deliverables:

1. Maintain and support enterprise-wide networks, firewalls, and connectivity solutions
2. Monitor and troubleshoot network issues using tools like SolarWinds and Visio
3. Implement and manage network security policies across firewalls and routers
4. Collaborate with ISPs and internal teams to ensure high availability and performance

Role responsibilities:

1. Perform daily operational support for internal and customer-facing networks
2. Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, Firepower, and ASA
3. Troubleshoot routing protocols and implement Layer 2/3 network enhancements
4. Ensure secure and scalable network design in hybrid cloud environments (preferably GCP)
