JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way by combining world-class services, advisory, and technology for clients in real estate. As a Technical Executive, you will assist in managing technical services, achieving energy conservation practices, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and deliverables within stipulated time.
- Support the management of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and all Civil maintenance within the facility.
- Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations and manage downtime and breakdowns.
Requirements
- Education: BE (Electrical).
- Experience: 2+ years in facility management and experience of handling UPS, PAC, DC rooms, Fire systems, DG, transformers, and HVAC equipment.
- Experience leading teams of minimum 10 technicians or supervisors.
- Readiness to work in shifts.
