Role
We are looking for a technically skilled and creative Technical Executive who can manage, maintain, and optimize our Shopify website while also supporting social media content creation. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce operations, website management, third-party integrations, and digital content workflows.
Success in this position means ensuring the Shopify store runs smoothly, integrations function reliably, products and website content stay updated, and social media creatives are delivered consistently and on time. This role plays an important part in supporting the company's online sales, customer experience, and digital brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain the Shopify website, including product listings, collections, pricing, banners, and website pages
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot operational or technical issues
- Integrate and manage third-party applications, APIs, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, chat tools, CRM systems, and automation tools
- Coordinate and implement website improvements and feature updates
- Ensure the website remains user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand standards
- Use Canva to create Instagram posts, promotional banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials
- Support digital campaigns by creating visual assets for online promotions and product launches
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maintain consistency across website and social media platforms
- Maintain organized workflows for product uploads, inventory updates, and content management
- Stay updated with Shopify features, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing tools
Qualifications
- Experience managing and maintaining Shopify websites
- Understanding of Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party integrations
- Basic knowledge of APIs and messaging platform integrations
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic website customization is preferred
- Proficiency in using Canva for designing social media and marketing creatives
- Understanding of Instagram and social media content formats
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or website management is preferred
