Job Description

  • Facilities & Technical Operations
  • Assist and deliver services as per the comprehensive IFM contract and defined KPIs/SLAs
  • Manage daytoday technical administration including report generation, MIS updates, and documentation.
  • Maintain adequate consumables and materials for uninterrupted operations; manage supply and service contracts as approved by the client.
  • Support key FM activities such as churn/move inspections, sometimes during night/weekend shifts.
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
  • Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are completed on schedule.
  • Implement preemptive maintenance programs to reduce risk of breakdown of critical equipment.
  • Understand engineering designs and operational aspects of site utilities and respond to urgent or emergency situations
  • Safety, Compliance & Audits
  • Ensure compliance with statutory norms on fire, health, and safety.
  • Implement risk and safety practices to avoid operational interruptions.
  • Conduct regular inspections on energy conservation, maintenance quality, utility management, and risk management procedures
  • Manage internal audit programs to minimize exposure to operational risk
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders including FM Managers, technical teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Process vendor invoices as per finance protocols and ensure delivery standards are met.
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Contribute to weekly FM meetings, monthly management reports, and other required documentation.

Communicate incidents and operational issues requiring escalation to FM leadership.
