- Facilities & Technical Operations
- Assist and deliver services as per the comprehensive IFM contract and defined KPIs/SLAs
- Manage daytoday technical administration including report generation, MIS updates, and documentation.
- Maintain adequate consumables and materials for uninterrupted operations; manage supply and service contracts as approved by the client.
- Support key FM activities such as churn/move inspections, sometimes during night/weekend shifts.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are completed on schedule.
- Implement preemptive maintenance programs to reduce risk of breakdown of critical equipment.
- Understand engineering designs and operational aspects of site utilities and respond to urgent or emergency situations
- Safety, Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms on fire, health, and safety.
- Implement risk and safety practices to avoid operational interruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections on energy conservation, maintenance quality, utility management, and risk management procedures
- Manage internal audit programs to minimize exposure to operational risk
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders including FM Managers, technical teams, vendors, and clients.
- Process vendor invoices as per finance protocols and ensure delivery standards are met.
- Reporting & Communication
- Contribute to weekly FM meetings, monthly management reports, and other required documentation.
Communicate incidents and operational issues requiring escalation to FM leadership.
