Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Executive - Chef based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing innovative food concepts, preparing and testing recipes, and providing technical support to clients. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure the successful application of Shineroad's food products in various dishes and recipes.

- Demonstrated skills in culinary arts, recipe development, and food preparation
- Knowledge of food ingredients, food additives, and foodservice industry trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills for product demonstrations and customer interactions
- Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer requirements effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality
- Relevant professional education or certification in culinary arts, hospitality, or food technology
- Experience in the foodservice industry or related fields is a plus
