Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Data L3 Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our EOSL Network project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network decommissioning and a deep understanding of routing protocols. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of network decommissioning activities while maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the decommissioning of network infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement decommissioning plans and strategies.
- Analyze existing network configurations and identify areas for improvement or decommissioning.
- Document all decommissioning processes and maintain accurate records of network changes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the progress of decommissioning activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to network decommissioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to network management and decommissioning.
Mandatory Skills
- Extensive experience with routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Proven track record in network decommissioning projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on decommissioning.
