Work Nature: 3 Shift/Day (8.5 hours each)

Job Location: Pune Night Shift: Mandatory (Rotational)

Job Summary

• Troubleshoot upsets based on data coming to the web from Ecolab's proprietary IOT devices located at customer sites.

• Reviewing performance of the Cooling water, boiler, membrane, and DAF systems.

• Analyze water chemistry, system specific data, and electrical and mechanical components.

• Communicate audit results and trouble-shooting solutions to Ecolab sales/service representatives through email and phone (who will act on your recommendations). Duties & Responsibilities

• All Operational Work Output need to be sent to end users with enterprise-grade.

• Deliver the required alarm/reports on time as per agreement with internal/external customer.

• Support for new technology & process setup

• Follow the Ecolab's safety guideline.

• Maintain 100% SLA as per agreements for all services

Qualifications: • BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Petrochemical, Food Technology, Pulp & Paper, or related engineering disciplines; fresh graduates welcome.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical findings and data insights to customers or internal teams over calls and emails.

• Basic troubleshooting mindset to perform root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven corrective actions.
