Requirements-

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting real estate valuation reports.
Hands-on experience in preparing valuation reports for both affordable and prime-segment properties.
Good knowledge of state-specific building bylaws, development regulations, and applicable government real estate guidelines.
Strong understanding of property valuation processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with and handle clients.
Strong customer-first mindset, with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and quality of service.
Comfortable with flexible working hours based on business and client requirements.
Lead-and-grow mindset with the ability to take ownership, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth.
Candidates with an existing client base or established client relationships will be preferred.
Must be comfortable working in a startup environment and demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and execution-oriented approach.
Should be willing to take responsibility, learn continuously, and grow along with the organization.
