V2 Retail is looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer (7+ years experience) to join our IT team. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting SAP applications using ABAP programming. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in custom developments, enhancements, reports, forms, and interfaces across SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement ABAP programs, reports, forms (SmartForms/Adobe), and enhancements .
• Create and maintain RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Frameworks .
• Work on interfaces (IDOC, ALE, OData, Web services) for integration with other systems.
• Optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with functional consultants (MM, SD, FICO, HR, etc.) to provide technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation .
• Ensure compliance with SAP coding standards and best practices .
• Mentor junior developers and provide knowledge-sharing sessions .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development .
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, and Performance Tuning .
• Expertise in Reports, Module Pool, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements .
• Hands-on experience with SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms .
• Good exposure to IDOC, ALE, OData, RFC, and Web services .
• Experience working across multiple SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, HR).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with SAP HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP .
• Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 integration with ABAP services .
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Change Management, and CTS+ .
• Exposure to retail industry-specific SAP processes .
