We're Hiring Senior Technical Documentation Specialist

About the Role

Lead end-to-end documentation for software products, infrastructure, and internal systems. Work with global engineering, product, and operations teams to create clear, structured, and scalable content.

What You Will Do

Create user manuals, SOPs, API guides, onboarding kits, release notes

Drive documentation standards, structure, and version control

Organize content in Confluence, Git, CMS tools

Build diagrams, workflows, and architecture maps

Audit, improve, and maintain document quality

Partner with Tech Leads, Architects, PMs, and Ops teams

What We're Looking For

6-8 years in technical writing/documentation

Strong communication and technical understanding

Experience with Confluence, Jira, Git, Markdown, MS Office

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and Linux environments

Ability to explain complex systems with clarity

Experience documenting APIs, cloud, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
