Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Documentation Executive – Product who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and controlling accurate, compliant, and consistent technical documentation for all products. The role plays a critical part in supporting product launches, audits, customer confidence, and brand credibility through disciplined document management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), warranty certificates, and technical notes.
- Ensure high accuracy in documentation with minimal rework.
- Maintain strict document version control and revision management.
- Ensure correct versions are always in circulation.
- Maintain audit readiness with zero major observations.
- Ensure consistency of documentation across all platforms.
- Manage document records with proper traceability.
- Interpret and structure technical data effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation requirements.

- Documentation accuracy ≥ 98% (approved without rework)
- 100% version control compliance
- Zero major audit observations

Requirements
Technical Competencies
- Preparation of TDS, MSDS, warranty certificates, and technical documentation
- Strong technical writing and data interpretation skills
- Document version control and revision management
- Understanding of compliance standards (IS / IEC / ASTM)
- Record management and traceability
Functional Competencies
- Structured technical documentation
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple documentation requests
- Understanding of product specifications and standards
Education: Engineering / Science graduate or diploma with exposure to technical documentation
Experience: 1–2 years in technical documentation, QA documentation, or compliance support roles
Preferred Industry: Industrial products / safety products / compliance-driven industries
