Ltd. operates on a PAN India level with sales offices & service centres in all the metros and major cities across the country. The company produces a comprehensive range of UPS Systems, from 6 kVA to 6400 kVA for a wide range of applications.

Job Summary:

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems and will be responsible for leading the technical strategy and driving operational excellence in critical power solutions. The role demands comprehensive expertise in UPS systems, battery technologies, load management, and integration with critical infrastructure such as industrial applications and data centers, effectively bridging high-level business goals with execution to ensure reliability, innovation, and compliance across all projects.

The Technical Director will ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations while providing strategic guidance in resolving complex technical issues, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities, and maintaining strong coordination with clients to deliver reliable and efficient power backup solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in industrial UPS systems, power electronics, converters, and battery systems, along with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Additionally, the role requires the ability to deliver customer-specific technical solutions, including preparation of technical proposals and compliance documents, as well as strong knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA), reliability improvement, and service operations. Experience in managing large and critical power projects across industrial, data center, or infrastructure segments is essential.

Education Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics

Work experience: 20+ years of experience in Industrial / Online UPS or Power Electronics industry.
