Technical Director – Enterprise Financial Technology Platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise platform delivery
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering management roles
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and scalable architecture
- Experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical enterprise applications
- Exposure to highly regulated or financial services environments preferred
- Experience working with global teams and enterprise stakeholders
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Technical Exposure
- Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Architecture: Microservices, Event-Driven Systems, APIs
- Containers & DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
- Enterprise Platforms & Distributed Systems
- High Availability, Scalability, and Secure Engineering Practices
