Technical Developer / Lead (Windows)

You'll be a Technical Developer/Lead with at least two years of experience as a software developer in C++/VC++ and Windows applications, with prior experience in a technical leadership role. You'll serve as a bridge between the business logic and execution teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Introducing new technologies and encouraging the development teams to adopt advanced tools.
• Assessing and managing both functional and non-functional requirements to ensure they are addressed by the technical solution.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to implement new features and solutions in the product.
• Designing and developing enterprise-grade software.
