Job Description
Workday Technical Developer | Bangalore/Hyderabad
We're hiring a Workday Technical Developer to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad!
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (F2F interview at client location required)
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant Workday experience
What you'll do:
Work on Workday Integrations — EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI
Create/modify Business Process configurations and Eligibility rules/steps
Analyze business requirements and write technical specifications for HCM solution design
Review user stories/requirements, and drive development & testing
Apply strong techno-functional expertise in Core HR and/or Payroll
Build and maintain reports using Report Writer and Advanced Reporting
Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in ceremonies
Apply knowledge of Workday Security to ensure proper access and controls
What we're looking for:
5–8 years of hands-on Workday experience
Strong understanding of Core HR and Payroll modules
Experience with relational databases and DB design principles
Awareness of usability and accessibility best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
