Role Summary:

Provide L2 technical support for issue resolution, debugging, and minor enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Data fixes via SQL/PLSQL

Batch job issue analysis

Support integration debugging

Assist in report fixes (BI Publisher)

Support minor enhancements (APEX/APIs)

Log analysis and issue tracking

Required Skills

Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL

 Basic understanding of APIs (REST)

 Exposure to Oracle Retail preferred

 Willingness to work in AMS support model
