Technical Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, planning, execution, and continuous improvement across engineering squads.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Facilitate technical discussions and provide delivery leadership across complex enterprise technology programs.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

• Technical skills are a mandatory requirement for this role. The successful candidate must possess sufficient technical knowledge and credibility to engage effectively with engineering teams, understand technical solutions and dependencies, challenge assumptions when necessary, and drive informed discussions across upstream and downstream teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Proven experience in technical delivery, program management, or Agile delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), enterprise technology delivery, and operational practices.
• Expertise in Agile, Lean, risk management, release planning, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decisions at multiple levels.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or customer-facing technology solutions is highly desirable.
