Key Responsibilities :
- Lead delivery of OSS/BSS transformation programs end-to-end.
- Ensure outcomes through modern software practices (Agile, DevOps)
- Manage cross-functional global teams, fostering alignment across engineering, operations, and business.
- Own SDLC execution from requirement to deployment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage escalations and governance.
- Own P&L, drive cost control, budgeting, and growth.
- Support pre-sales, RFPs, and solutioning efforts.
- Strengthen delivery through automation, DevOps, and ITSM best practices.
- Build high-performing teams, mentor talent, and drive a culture of innovation
What You Bring :
- 16+ years in delivery and program management within telecom OSS/BSS.
- Background in software engineering with transition into leadership roles.
- Deep technical understanding of OSS/BSS, DevOps, ITSM, and system integration.
Hands-on familiarity with :
- Tools like Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Monitoring (Splunk, Dynatrace), ITSM (ServiceNow)
- CI/CD, containers (Docker, K8s), infra-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Proven ability to lead global teams, manage complex programs, and deliver outcomes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred :
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Certifications (PMP, ITIL, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience with OSS/BSS products (Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson)
- Exposure to AI-driven automation in telecom
- Familiarity with global delivery models
