Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Test Data Management (TDM) professional to design, manage, and maintain test data solutions that support application testing across environments. The role involves ensuring data availability, compliance, and quality while enabling efficient testing processes.
Key Responsibilities: Design, create, and manage test data for various testing phases (SIT, UAT, Performance Testing) Develop and implement data provisioning, masking, and subsetting strategies Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand test data requirements Maintain and optimize test data environments and refresh cycles Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency Automate test data creation and management processes where possible Troubleshoot and resolve test data-related issues Document TDM processes, standards, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Test Data Management or software testing Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) Hands-on experience with TDM tools (Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, etc.) Understanding of data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts Scripting skills (Python, Shell, etc.) Certification in testing (ISTQB) or data management tools
