We are hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery end-to-end for AI-driven product and client engagements - someone who makes real architecture calls, reviews code directly with engineering, and also owns the client conversation.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end delivery - scoping, sprint planning, quality gates, enterprise deployment
• Make architecture decisions across modern AI/LLM stacks (RAG, vector search, agent pipelines) directly with engineering
• Scale engineering teams without losing delivery quality
• Convert early pilots into production-grade, market-validated products
• Own client and stakeholder relationships, not just delivery tickets

What you need:

• 8–12 years combining hands-on engineering with product/delivery leadership
• Strong in Python or any backend technologies cloud-native architecture (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Direct experience with LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines
• Proven record scaling teams and shipping enterprise-grade products
• Strong client-facing communication skills
