Job Description

Technical Delivery Manager (TDM):

o Total Experience: 10+ years.

o Profile: Heavier on recent management experience. Look for candidates who have spent the last 4-5 years in a project management role, with a strong technical background in the 5-6 years prior to that.

Technical Background

Focus Area: Experience in backend programming, system architecture, solution engineering, or SaaS implementation is required.

No Specific Technology: There is no must have requirement for a specific language like Java or C++. The goal is to find someone who understands system logic, backend processes, and best practices, making them technology-agnostic.

Key Skill: They must be able to handle architecture-level discussions.

o Assessment criteria: Communication, ownership, technology understanding, adaptability

o Question approach: Situational, use-case based, project management scenarios

Project Management Experience

Crucial Factor: Must be customer-facing project management.

Screen Out: Candidates whose experience is purely in an internal PMO (Project Management Office) or on internal-only initiatives are not a good fit.
