Technical Delivery Manager-Snowflake

The Snowflake Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery and implementation of Snowflake-based data solutions. The role requires strong experience in data analysis, Snowflake architecture, cloud platforms, and data engineering, combined with project leadership, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of Snowflake-based data engineering projects.

Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and integrations.

Build and optimize high-performance data models, schemas, and analytical SQL queries.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand source data, identify patterns, and drive informed design decisions.

Work closely with data analysts to translate business requirements into analytical data sets, KPIs, dashboards, and insights.

Integrate Snowflake with enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party platforms.

Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and quality controls.

Collaborate with business teams to gather analytical requirements and define reporting metrics.

Monitor, optimize, and automate Snowflake storage, compute usage, and overall performance.

Lead delivery planning, sprint execution, reporting, and milestone alignment.

Provide guidance on Snowflake best practices, cloud architecture, and performance tuning.

Maintain documentation for data models, lineage, analytical workflows, and transformations.

Hands-on experience integrating with cloud storage and ETL tools (dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Airflow).
