Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with strong Guidewire expertise with Guidewire ACE Certification who can own end-to-end delivery, lead engineering teams, and ensure production stability. This role requires a balance of technical depth, delivery governance, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across development, release, and BAU support
- Lead and manage a team of 7–8 engineers (L1.5 / L2 support model)
- Drive production stability, handling escalations and critical incidents
- Oversee L3 support (bug fixes, minor enhancements, compliance tickets)
- Manage release planning, deployments, and environment coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional integration teams
- Ensure adherence to architecture, security, and coding standards
- Track delivery metrics, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Core Must-Have Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in Insurance domain with Guidewire
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Guidewire Cloud (GW Cloud)
- Integration Gateway
- Guidewire Integration (Web Services / APIs)
- Guidewire Configuration (PolicyCenter or BillingCenter)
- Experience in:
- Technical Architecture & Engineering Management
- Managing 7–8 member teams
- BAU / Production Support environments
- Supporting L1.5 / L2 teams and handling escalations
- Release Management & deployment cycles
- Coordinating with multiple integration teams
- Guidewire ACE (Advanced Certified Expert) Certification -Must
