Technical delivery Manager

We arelooking for someone who can lead and manage our projects and programs as anintegral part of the technical application development team. You are primarilyresponsible for building and delivering enterprise IT solutions. You are a sitemanager, managing significant strategic and operational aspects of projects andprograms, including communications with Leadership, leading multifunctionalteams, project scoping, scheduling, quality, and adherence to our standards.

You are someone who can:

Providetechnical leadership to application development efforts to meet and or exceedclient expectations.

Responsiblefor practicing Agile principle on project execution.

Responsiblefor conducting effective requirement planning sessions and application designsessions with cross functional groups.

Responsiblefor leading and directing the technical tasks to the team.

Ensuressuccessful development and application support strategy is implemented.

Encouragescollaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members.

Demonstratesa working understanding of both quality assurance and software developmentprocesses and methodologies, with the ability to share that knowledge with peers,and project team members.

Demonstratesa strong working understanding of industry best standards in softwaredevelopment and version controlling.

Ensuresthe quality and low bug rates of code released into production.

Workwith Engagement Manager on managing the team, projects and products of the Portfolio.

You bring in:

10+years of IT experience in application development, support, or maintenanceactivities

3+years of experience in project Management

3+years of team management experience

2+years of experiencing in Agile / scrum methodology.

Musthave experience on at least 2 full life cycle of software development.

Workingexperience on ASP.NET, C# , HTML , CSS and SQL server

Clientfacing and exposure to onshore offshore delivery model.

Experiencein working in a global environment involving multiple development sites onvarious time zones.

Yourqualification is:

B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc(preferably in Computer Science/IT)
