Role Overview:

Were looking for a strong leader with 8+ years of experience in software development, QA, and project/program management. You'll manage cross-functional teams, oversee project governance, and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Location: Hyderabad (Hyd-16)

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Cab Facility: Available

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Interview Mode: Virtual

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor Dev & QA teams

Align priorities with business goals

Drive Agile practices and continuous improvement

Handle project governance, metrics, and stakeholder communication

Champion development, QA, and automation integration

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing large teams & complex projects

Strong understanding of SDLC & QA processes

Excellent communication & leadership skills

Experience with Agile, JIRA, CI/CD

PMP/CSM certifications (a plus!)
