About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager with a strong background in product development or experience working in a product-based organization. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project and delivery management, along with the ability to build and lead a high-performing implementation and delivery team for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple client engagements

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Delivery Leads and implementation specialists

Define, set up, and optimize delivery processes, governance models, and best practices

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met

Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively

Track delivery metrics, performance, and resource planning

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Support client engagement, communication, and escalation management

Required Skills & Experience

1015 years of total professional experience

Strong background in product development or product-based environments

Proven experience in Project / Delivery Management

Hands-on experience managing large-scale implementation or transformation programs

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile / Scrum / DevOps practices

Ability to set up and scale delivery teams from scratch

Excellent leadership, team-building, and people-management skills

Strong stakeholder and client-management abilities

Exceptional communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
