Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to oversee and lead the successful delivery of complex large enterprise level projects and programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution, business strategy, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading delivery teams, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring high quality, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Experience of Managing T&M projects and also Managing AI / Gen AI projects. The resource has to start the career from Development background.

Experience : 10 to 18 years

Work Location : Hyderabad

Education Qualification - BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, programs, or client portfolios from initiation through deployment.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive team performance using modern frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall as appropriate).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

2. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, executive leadership, and key business stakeholders regarding delivery status.
• Manage client expectations, handle escalations promptly, and facilitate clear, transparent communication.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers.

3. Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Manage team allocation, capacity planning, and resource utilization across active projects.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and continuous improvement team culture.

4. Governance, Budget & Risk Management

• Establish robust delivery governance structures, reporting cadences, and key metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
• Monitor project budgets, track burn rates, manage financial forecasting, and ensure profitability.
• Responsible for the P&L of the portfolio / Account
• Identify, track, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues before they impact delivery timelines.
