Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery within a Global Capability Center (GCC).

This role is responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, and collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects/programs.
• Ensure delivery excellence with adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and oversee full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Establish and maintain strong delivery governance, including reporting, metrics, and reviews.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues across projects.
• Manage resource planning, allocation, and utilization across distributed teams.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Oversee vendor management, engagement, and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience with strong delivery management expertise.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC frameworks.
• Expertise in delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps / JAVA
• Experience in managing distributed/global engineering teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps, and enterprise application delivery.
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe are a plus.
