Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, cloud-native enterprise application built with React JS, Python, Camunda, and AWS. As the single point of ownership for project execution, you will be responsible for ensuring your team delivers a high-quality, scalable, and robust solution on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This strategic role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in our core technology stack, strong project management discipline, and excellent client relationship skills. You will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, translating business needs into technical realities and driving the project from inception to successful completion. Qualifications & Skills 1. 10-15+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership role (e.g., Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager) managing complex technical projects. 2.Strong technical background with demonstrable experience in projects utilizing modern web frameworks (React JS), backend services (Python), business process orchestration engines (Camunda), and cloud platforms (specifically AWS). 3.Deep understanding of microservices architecture and a proven track record of delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS. 4.Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies is required. Experience with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus. 5.Proven experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning. 6.Exceptional client-facing and communication skills. Must be adept at managing stakeholder expectations and building trusted relationships. 7.Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams in a fast-paced environment. 8.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. 9.PMP, Agile (PMI-ACP), or Scrum (PSM/CSM) certifications are highly desirable.
