Technical Delivery Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while actively engaging in technical discussions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and people leadership—not pure project management and not pure architecture.

Years of Experience: 8-10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for application teams (primarily Salesforce ecosystem)
• Lead and manage technical architects, engineers, and delivery teams
• Drive delivery excellence, timelines, and quality outcomes
• Act as a bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teams
• Participate in technical discussions, validate solutions, and challenge design decisions
• Guide teams on best practices and standards (Coding, DevOps, release management, security, scalability)
• Ensure team productivity, engagement, and performance management

Must-Have Skills

• Strong technical foundation (preferably from development or engineering background)
• Must demonstrate a commitment to staying technically relevant
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivery
• Ability to understand architecture discussions and validate technical solutions
• Experience in application delivery within complex ecosystems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem
• Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and system design basics
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
