This role requires a high-impact technical delivery leader with 57 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise software implementations and digital transformations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of product delivery, serving as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment with overarching business objectives. Your day-to-day will involve translating complex requirements into actionable technical execution plans, collaborating closely with architects on solution design, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI agents and agentic workflows within client environments. A core component of the role is maintaining rigorous quality standards; you will establish and enforce Definition of Done criteria across all development teams while managing the full spectrum of project health, including scope, dependencies, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) tracking.
Beyond technical oversight, this position demands exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. You will lead all internal team cadences, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, while simultaneously owning high-level external engagements, including client demos and executive steering committee meetings. With a strong grasp of SaaS implementations, cloud-native deployments (VPC, On-Prem, and multi-cloud), and iPaaS/ETL tools, you will mentor junior engineers and consultants in delivery excellence. Whether you are navigating the complexities of BFSI or Telecom verticals or coordinating intricate integration points, your techno-functional expertise will ensure that enterprise implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest level of quality.
