About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the technical delivery of Unify Apps implementations, working closely with clients, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end technical delivery of large enterprise implementations
- Drive day-to-day delivery execution, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and risks are well managed
- Lead stakeholder management across internal teams and external client organizations
- Establish, maintain, and enforce Definition of Done (DoD) standards across development teams
- Lead all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint demos
- Chair steering committee meetings with client executives and present detailed delivery status reports
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical execution plans
- Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows across client environments
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and engineers on design and implementation
- Track delivery health including scope, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and consultants on delivery best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of proven experience delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprises (Mandatory)
- Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integrations, or workflow automation
- Solid knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL / Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions
- Hands-on understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong ability to balance technical depth with business alignment
Good to Have
- Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals
- Experience leading multi-team, multi-vendor enterprise programs
- Exposure to AI-first or automation-led transformation initiatives
