Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery and execution of cybersecurity and network security projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across security technologies, combined with delivery management capabilities to ensure successful implementation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

This role requires close collaboration with customers, technical teams, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality security solutions while ensuring adherence to timelines, service levels, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

×       Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and network security projects and managed services engagements.

×       Manage project execution, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

×       Provide technical leadership across security domains including SOC, SIEM, DLP, EDR, Endpoint Security, API Security, and Web Security.

×       Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective security solutions.

×       Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

×       Work closely with engineering, operations, and support teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.

×       Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners for solution implementation and escalations.

×       Review architecture and deployment plans to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

×       Support pre-sales teams with technical inputs, solution design, and effort estimation.

×       Drive customer satisfaction and establish long-term trusted relationships.

×       Mentor and guide technical teams to enhance capability and delivery excellence.

×       Ensure adherence to information security standards, industry best practices, and governance frameworks.

Desired Qualifications

×       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

×       10+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, and Technical Delivery.

×       Proven experience in managing customer-facing projects and delivery engagements.

×       Strong understanding of SOC operations, SIEM, DLP, EDR, Endpoint Security, API Security, and Web Security.

×       Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

×       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
