Job Summary
In this role, you will work with the Project / Engineering Team to prepare schedules. Prepare work logic, identify restraints and potential impacts, develop recovery plans, and evaluate subcontractor schedules for improvements. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time.
Required Skills & Experience
- Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of Oil & Gas equipment, design specifications, and technical documents.
- Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, with a proven ability to build custom dashboards.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a team, managing quality control, or driving group KPIs.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to deduce technical specifications from incomplete vendor bid packages.
Core Responsibilities
- Data Extraction: Review technical bids, purchase orders (POs), vendor quotes, and commercial agreements.
- Technical Interpretation: Evaluate vendor documents to extract critical data despite insufficient or ambiguous information.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on all data sets processed by your team.
- Dashboard Management: Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and Excel models to track metrics.
- KPI Reporting: Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly team performance metrics to clients and upper management.
- Team Leadership: Manage daily workflows, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team analysts.
- Process Alignment: Ensure data extraction processes align with global Procurement standards.
