We are looking for skilled Technical Customer Support Professionals to provide expert assistance to customers facing technical issues. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:

  • Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling customer issues
  • Prior experience in technical support preferred but freshers with relevant skills can apply
  • Graduate or Undergraduate candidates welcomed
