Technical Customer Support

Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt and courteous assistance via email, live chat, and phone
2. Troubleshoot customer issues and document solutions
3. Develop a deep understanding of the Artemis platform to support customers
4. Maintain and update Artemis Knowledge and internal support documentation
