About The Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Content Quality Specialist to join our team focused on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of technical curriculum content.
This hybrid role goes beyond traditional quality assurance — you will be responsible for testing, reviewing, and validating training materials while also taking a broader, proactive approach to content quality.
This includes monitoring learner feedback, supporting stakeholder communication, executing quality program outreach, and tracking credentialing requirements to drive continuous improvement across the learning ecosystem.
Review technical curriculum materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.
Test interactive e-learning modules and digital content for functionality, usability, and compatibility across platforms.
Identify, document, and track issues or discrepancies in content, structure, or design using bug-tracking tools.
Verify technical accuracy by cross-referencing content with source materials or guidelines.
Perform proofreading and copy editing to ensure language clarity and grammatical accuracy.
Ensure quality reviews close the loop on all recommended updates, confirming that identified issues are resolved and changes are implemented.
Quality Program Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Monitor and distribute content quality reports to stakeholders and solicit their feedback to inform quality priorities.
Monitor learner survey and case feedback to identify and facilitate any action items through resolution.
Execute communication plans to expand quality programs, including scheduling meetings, gathering questions, and providing timely responses.
Track quality program credentialing and delta requirements, ensuring all participants meet current program standards.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers to address feedback and resolve content issues.
Conduct functional and usability testing for tools or platforms supporting the curriculum.
Participate in team meetings to provide updates on quality assurance progress and share insights for improvement.
Qualifications: Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education, Communications, or related discipline).
Two to three years of experience working as a junior instructional designer, quality assurance specialist, or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to understand and validate technical content.
Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes and tools.
Experience with stakeholder communication, including distributing reports and soliciting feedback.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams, action items, and program requirements simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Knowledge of instructional design principles or learning management systems (LMS).
Proficiency in building reports to collect, analyze, and visualize data using reporting tools.
Experience analyzing learner feedback, survey data, or quality metrics.
Familiarity with credentialing or certification program requirements in a learning context.
